WILLOW Lights Up London in First-Ever Spotify and Acne Studios Collaboration Event

In 2024, Spotify and Acne Studios announced a unique partnership: They were setting out to create new ways for artists to connect with fans and express their creativity across music and fashion. On Wednesday, we brought the partnership to life with a captivating performance by WILLOW at London’s iconic Hackney Church. With 12 million monthly listeners on Spotify, the artist is the face of Acne Studios’ Fall/Winter 2024 campaign.

We invited WILLOW’s top fans in the area to the exclusive event, where she performed songs from her latest album, ceremonial contrafact (empathogen deluxe), including home, false self, and symptom of life. With WILLOW counting London among her most-streamed cities globally on Spotify, it was only fitting that the U.K. capital play host to the event—which also marked her European performance debut.

The evening was a vibrant celebration of sound and style. Guests were treated to Spotify x Acne Studios merchandise while the historic backdrop of the church created an extraordinary atmosphere. Other artists in attendance included Arlo Parks, Shygirl, and Cat Burns. Leveraging the brand’s Acne People program, which has featured artists like ROSALÍA, Caroline Polachek, Bladee, KAYTRANADA, Yaeji, and ILLIT, we’re curating a roster of today’s most exciting musical talent.
