1. What is the best way to reorganize the song order in your playlist?

A. On mobile, hold down, then drag songs using your fingers.

B. Head to the “...” to see the “Reorder playlist” option.

C. On desktop, select songs with your cursor and then drag to reorder.

D. In Your Library on mobile, double tap the playlist icon.

2. How do you set a sleep timer?

A. On desktop, head to “Settings” and select “Turn on sleep timer.”

B. While a podcast or audiobook is playing from your mobile app, select the timer icon to the right of the fast-forward arrow.

3. How do you set your own art for a playlist?

A. On mobile or desktop, select the three dots for your playlist. Then scroll to “Edit playlist” and “Change image.”

4. How do you use Spotify in Offline Mode?

C. Only Family Plan users can use Offline Mode.

5. How can you change from a Duo Premium plan to a Family Premium plan?
