RADAR Italia Unveils 6 New Artists and a New Approach for 2026

As Spotify’s global RADAR program enters its sixth year in Italy, a new class of artists is stepping into the spotlight. Today, we’re announcing the six emerging acts joining RADAR Italia: Sara Gioielli, faccianuvola, Angelica Bove, prima stanza a destra, Visino Bianco, and Emili Kasa. All under the age of 26, these artists are helping take Italian music in exciting new directions.

Their selection also marks a new chapter for RADAR Italia. This year, the program is shifting to a more continuous and flexible model, tailored to each artist’s unique path. Built around three key principles—long-term value, personalized support, and deeper storytelling—the new approach is designed to help artists build lasting careers.

Meet the RADAR Italia class of 2026

Sara Gioielli

Sara Gioielli fuses her professional music training and folk roots with a modern pop approach, resulting in songs that feel both grounded and current.

faccianuvola

Blending folk and electronic influences, faccianuvola’s music explores themes of memory and nature, building a world that feels slightly removed from reality.

Angelica Bove

Drawing on the tradition of classic Italian songwriting, Angelica Bove combines refined lyricism with a contemporary perspective.

prima stanza a destra

Built around synth-heavy production and understated songwriting, the anonymous project prima stanza a destra delivers moody, introspective sounds.

Visino Bianco

Visino Bianco brings an unfiltered perspective on anxiety and vulnerability to Italy’s emerging rap and trap scene.

Emili Kasa

Emili Kasa moves between vocals, rap, and hip-hop, carving out her own space in the alternative music landscape.

The impact of RADAR Italia

Since launching in Italy in 2020, RADAR has become an important platform for emerging artists across genres, from singer-songwriters to rap and electronic acts. The program has consistently helped new talent reach wider audiences, with artists seeing their monthly listeners grow by more than 700% on average and their followers increase by 540% within a year of joining. Fans have added RADAR artists to more than 15 million playlists, while participating artists reach an average of 38 new countries in their first year.

“Behind the figures and charts, there is always an artistic vision that needs to be supported and nurtured,” said Adelechiara Nicoletti, Head of Artist and Label Partnerships, Southern and Eastern Europe at Spotify. “The true value of RADAR lies in the teamwork we do on a daily basis with these young artists and their teams. We make our editorial and strategic resources available not only to amplify their music, but to build a shared journey. Seeing them transform their uniqueness into a solid career is the true success of the program.”
